Just dissolve the corporation. Then we can all move on.
Whoever says that UK does the 'right' thing has never synced the relevant code on their machine. There are glaring issues. All the developers are great, but please, don't say that they do the 'right' thing. I personally like most of them. But please, the amount of push back they give to do the smallest thing is ridiculous.

IMHO
UK engineering spend too much time to ensure they do it "right". They also don't make a big enough song and dance (visibility).
Bangalore Engineering aim for a date and deliver whatever vaguely meets the requirements. Even if the code is incorrect, inefficient and un-maintainable. (meet the metrics at all costs attitude)
China - way too date driven and too willing to commit to deliver something, before they have understood the scope.
USA well they have just lost the way and make great PoC stuff that is near useless in a real customer deployment.
Though UK is around 1/2 price of USA, so maybe you get what you pay for, let alone the rest of the world.

You're ridiculous and obv know nothing. My Bangalore team is amazing. They are rockstars.
The UK built the core product that has sustained Citrix for the past decade. It was also decimated in 2015 and has seen a massive loss of talent with no backfills ever since. Most of the few people that remain have been killing themselves to deliver on the unreasonable demands from the new management. For some of us it would be a mercy killing!
Sales should get cut too. That team is WAY to big, way too much role redundancy and they close less than 20% of the pipeline they build. Sh--, with numbers that low, let's just let the partners do all the sales.
