i don't understand, wouldn't it be better to dump this lot o non billable assets to save money or spend on more critical issues ? or perhaps raising the dividend , hell dump 'em

They've been given an idiots guide on mergers and acquisitions. The first lesson is to know what you're doing. The second is to make sure you don't have sh-- for brains. The third is don't promise to chuck lots of cash down the toilet if the risk is high that you might.

The "management enclave" at Grand Junction, CO, was established to keep these people on the payroll, yet out of sight, until suitable positions can be found for them, once the embarrassment of the $3.5 BILLION FAILURE has worn off.
