Sept 28 another 100 people got layoff from F5. I don’t know where company is going. Almost 250 people in 30 days. I don’t why Wall Street is not noticing this. Company is going down the hill. Serverance package they gave is less than industry standard.
Seems need to prepare resume and move on .
I was let go last week after years with the company. Two days before the end of the fiscal year... come on, its business. Yes, it s---s... but I worked on a great team and would rather have the rest of them stay with a company that successfully manages the challenge ahead of them than have every one else pay the price if the company falters.
Not true. F5 laid off those in the business segments which do not fit into F5 short and long term goal. There were 150 employees who some received 6 months pay. It’s nobody’s fault but rather a business shift.
Lies indeed.. We haven't heard of any such layoffs.. Might one presume for those alleged ~100 that were let go out of the thousands we have, were let go because of other reasons including incompetency?
I was let go last week, but had already made mind up to leave anyway. No hard feelings, it's just business. New leadership is desperate for efficiency.
