Thread regarding Baker Hughes layoffs

Layoffs in Houston

Despite recent uptick in activity, BHGE Houston is laying off today. Layoffs confirmed at the CTI facility of at least legacy BHI engineering and machinist personnel. Must show the street in Q3 reports that we made those merger related "synergies". Sad.

Dude, this downturn is the new normal. Now boil you up a cup of water, add a cup of chicken stock, return to boil and reduce heat. Add 1 cup quinoa, simmer for 15 minutes, do not allow to dry out. Add 2 cups of diced, grilled chicken and season to taste. mmmmmmmm

The media may not be covering the collapse of oil much anymore, but at $50, the industry is no more sustainable than it was at $40.

There will be no recovery, ever.

It is a slow death by bleeding out, the only way the Oil industry could ever be completely killed.

And it's being done on purpose, in preparation for renewable energy to take center stage.
