Some other companies like New York Life (NYL) and others had layoffs. Jobs are being offshored. Not at TIAA, at least not to my knowledge.

I don't think you understand this website.
it's called Thelayoff.com.
It's where people come to tell about layoffs at their company, not where people come to say there are no layoffs.
If there is nothing posted, it is assumed there are no layoffs.
