Hopefully we see at the very minimum a 30% reduction in compensation there too, so that "we can fine tune the organization." With what Bob made in 2016, we could have saved at least 60 engineers, and probably more than 100 technicians. What a shame.

Top post just said he sold a lot of stock already, was wondering why it went down so much. Engineers, R&M and the operators keep their profit coming, execs not so much, seems you only need a few of those for the flow of business.
