Heard there may be layoffs at FL, as well as other locations this week. Could be mid-management. Anyone else hear something?
I can't wait for FDA to come in and look over BD infusion segment. Now that they have outsource all their their stuff. FDA if you are reading this please come and visit BD asap you guys will be in for surprises!!!!!!
Totally agree. It's a mess. Embarrassing since they have such strong products and market position. Mismanagement throughout.
If you are a female over 40 there you are a prime target for getting let go. Especially if you come in with a decent salary. You are even a bigger target if you speak up and state your opinion. Not allowed. You are to do as told and shut the heck up. All your years of industry experience is squashed by upper management who prefer you to be just another robot. They need to wake up, other companies give their employees the freedom to speak their mind.
