I love this post. Never have I seen more ridiculous layers of SVP and VPs with no directs. I was asked to house one in my move (they wanted him out of SJC10) and I asked why someone was a VP with no directs. I was told that was an inappropriate question.

Obviously, some responders (@PokVWAR-vce) here are not with the company because they continue their racist rants not even knowing what the OP is talking about. Bad enough more layers of VPs, SVPs, EVPs are being added. It is real trouble. Don't inject racism into this. The announcement I saw doesn't fit your rant. So STFU.
Operations and IT are known for wasteful spending and corruption.
Why does it take several years for CDO to discover all this bean pole org structure? Have they noticed that this game is played specially by a single ethnic group? Why do they continue to bring in their friends from Juniper / Brocade as VPs / Directors?
I think they move John D group around. They working on too fantasy project. There also rumour that the Yvette may move to make new group. We are still very confused because too many peoples are trying to own nac and make new requirements so that we never move development forward ad they all conflict with each other working under their respective svp. This place is crazy.
AS have nothing on SP. There's a new reorg in the works, one of the reasons for this shuffle is to promote a Snr Dir to VP so that the SVP has another VP report under him in order to justify his position. Great way to run a business.
Yvettes staff meeting rumors are that CDO has thankfully discovered all this bean pole org structure and wants a layer or two to go away. We're waiting to see who will be culled. I think 3 layers could go, not one.
