Today is likely the last day that Cabela's, the company, exists. I know it's just business, but it always felt kinda special. No blame. Everything has to come to an end.
It amazing how many said this day would never come. Predicting the future is hard.

For those of us who devoted careers and our hearts to Cabelas, it is hard to fathom what silly leaders can destroy in a fortnight. BP will flounder with debt, what once was the leader in the outdoor industry shall slip away, remembered by those who swore by the gear and laughed at by the industry who have watched a great company fold.
