Tenet just laid off 4 positions in their ACO...is the ship slowly sinking?

Tenet's ACO business plan.
1) Take one of the first, pioneer, and consistently successful ACOs over.
2) Run it into the ground and close it. (2020)
I was laid off from the ACO department. The Sr. Director and her boss are incompetent.
That whole department is nickeling under their leadership.
