Nothing new, the road map does not mean anything to 10nm. This is Server/Desktop roadmap, which use technology typically one year later than consumer product.
What I can guess is: 10nm release will be sometime 2018 for consumer products (vs end of 2017), design for Server/desktop will be end of 2018 or 2019 which is so close to planned IceLake.
many product roadmap will need adjust based on 10nm Cannon lake "truly ready" vs "Ice Lake" design progress. Some market may cancel one, either Cannon lake or Ice Lake, nobody know exactly until Intel comfortably announce 10nm ready for customer shipment release.
