Folks are getting promotions but are not getting the increase in pay til the site manager signs the paperwork I know several folks that have the responsibility and doing the job but are going through a lot BS to get paid for it it's a true sh-- show such a big job and a lot of potential for good working folks

The "good working folks" at the largest orojects and their lack of ability to do their jobs is a main reason for the companies current economic woes.
Do you think I should ask my manager for a raise this week?
