With the recent merger and all of the high profile resignations I feel like IWCS is holding on by a slender thread. I think this week has been yet another round in a non-ending flow of executive meetings. Anyone have any insight into what is happening with IWCS?

Was this hiring freeze just announced? I see that Change has a slew of open position.
With the hiring freeze announced there may be some layoffs. It happens when business is slows down. I'm sure the drop in new business/inability to move current deals forward was anticipated with the merger.
Anyone heard of more layoffs? A bunch of us are guessing end of this year and definitely end of fiscal year in March 2018. Wish they would at least be more upfront so we are not all waiting for the ax to come down hard.

IWCS is not just Vancouver based, it also includes Capacity Management and Extended Care Solutions. This is just one of four business units in CHC. We don't need speculation, please post if you have facts.
Thank you. I think you are one of many groups feeling uncertain. Not all RIFs are large scale; some seem to be here and there in small numbers. I don't have specifics but have heard other legacy offices have had people laid off same day while some receive notice of future layoff. Unfortunately, many of us are in a wait and see position.
