A VP of lets say Commercial volunteers for a rif, and gets rif'd, the next week while collecting L3 severance also is hired back under the contracting firm and gets paid, so who is he related to or what pictures does he have of people to get that type of deal?
What does he do, why is he here, why did we have a good by party for him, I want my money back
But Ethics or L3 NYC care no............................. just another day raking in the dough dude
Sounds like a smart man VP with the double dip and nice contract buy out demanded at the VP position. Focus on completing the assigned work to budget, being jealous is unproductive.

Then let's say there is the VP who fakes that he took COE Training & then throws people who know under the bus or fires them so it won't get out.
