Oh please. . . She just happened to be in D.C. for BRT business and knew the optics of this would reflect positively upon Big Blue. Otherwise, there's no way she goes to D.C. for 31 employees. And I'm sure she really cares about these particular 31 employees while the thousands she's greenlighted for RA over the years and continuing to authorize for RA don't matter a lick.
