Not layoff related but here it goes anyway... Someone needs to talk to local Management in the Wilmington office and explain to them they should not lead people on in hiring and mislead them or misrepresent the companies raise and salary process.
Also tell management in Wilm to stop be so lazy, inert.. you request something and they say they are going to do it and it takes months to follow through..
they hire for one position and then change your job 1000% and hire new people and then let them do the job you are hired for in the first place. No respect for these total liars...
