Holy crap! Did you see that presentation by D & E executive Carre? It was more vague than a Clinton Benghazi deposition. 30 minutes of vagueness. Just one nugget to look forward to: We will be drilling wells with computers in 5 years. So long to the field hands in the future.

The future of RES is a computer with a stop / start button. That's it. A monkey can work it.
HAL can do without field hands. It's RES that's indispensable.
Landmark- synonymous with innovation and continuously on the cusp of technology. A tremendous company making exciting things happen.
Landmark had a drilling automation prototype for this already. It is very innovative. It uses the enterprise platform to eject a CD/DVD tray which in turn presses a red "easy" button.
Time to get off this sinking ship. $3.5b loss created a big hole and it won't recover.
Aye, the reviews are in. So sad, so pathetic and so low energy.
So unprepared to be giving that canned presentation. Low energy. Sleeper.
Yup, and he never mentioned the 3.5BILLION $$$ of our money that was given to our competitor.
I am waiting for the presentation telling us how he is changing career and moving to BH...
That will be in the next year or two I'm sure....
Don't recall anything said about giving them all our capital and expense money
WTF Jeffy boy, what's up with that????
It's like giving our competition a two lap head start in a mile run, WTF???????
but, in 5 years we will also be drilling fewer wells, which places an even greater emphasis on managing costs as the number of managers also increases.
The field hands might suffer, but the number of managers will most likely increase in number.
Oh well, MORE bonus money to pass out amongst themselves.
