Do we know if the last round of layoffs is over? It would be nice to be able to relax a little bit, after weeks filled with anticipation and stress. Union Pacific used to be an enjoyable place to work at, but lately, with potential layoffs always hanging over our heads, that has changed drastically.

Whatever you do....DON'T RELAX! As time goes by this company will become harder and harder to "Enjoy". It starts at the top and unfortunately the current leadership doesn't give a crap about your enjoyment. Profits and delighting the Shareholders. That's it. Everyone and everything else is prime target for elimination -- But don't despair, because they will receive theirs some day.
