All level 2 software support in Alpartetta were let go yesterday. People who have been with Radiant 20 years were replaced with people who were still being trained. Incoming train wreck to PCR.

And those transformational" leadership people seem to only last at most 4 years at Ncr before moving on or let go.
What is actually happening is that "transformational" leadership, which decided that those that have been with the company prior to "their" arrival from other states outside of GA., have decided that "their" friends, prior co-workers were worth hiring in lieu of those already working, know the system(s), and client needs.
Further more, moving positions, departments over to Prague, appeared to be a part of the strategic plan. It is quite apparent that although, the economy has greatly improved, a company that is known as "behind" industry standards, has chosen to improve its lot through automation.
Do not look for a company that believes in promoting from within to be NCR. Those hired within the last year or two, do not get too comfortable. Technology changes and so does NCR. ....not in a good way!
Naw, suspect as bill has been pushing SaS. Software as a service, exiting hardware.
With no plan in place or concern for the customers, I wonder if NCR is planning to sell off this bit of the company to someone else.
