Occasionally layoffs are required when businesses become bloated and inefficient though acquisitions. We see this in so many businesses and this is no different. This restructure is definitely due and will help Harman focus on its priorities and kick on without the baggage of recent acquisitions. I'm looking forward to what the future holds for Harman.
