I'm really tired of rampant nepotism at Qorvo. How's it even legal to have your own child work in a group that's directly under you? I really wish there was something we could do about this, but you say something, and it's like you put a target on your own back.

Look at AMMA Department for example they have husband, wife, brother, sister, aunt, uncle, etc, etc. working in the same area. This is something Qorvo needs to change. A lot of good hard working people got kick out, and fire so they could bring in there family member. Somebody is wearing out a bunch of knee pads to make this all happen. This is unethical and down right disgusting.
Have to agree with last post in that we need to judge each person on their merits. While there are definitely cases within Qorvo of family/friends/neighbors being put in positions they aren't competent for, this isn't true for all employees who validly leveraged their contacts.

This is true for some, but for others such as Kaitlyn Stilson, she works hard. Don't judge if you don't know the whole story.
