Harman should start cutting in this area - there is a ton of overhead and many Sr. Managers and Execs that just walk around and show slideware. Any company that operates like this bleeds money with very little value returned - I am not sure how they are planning these layoffs but they should be looking into this ASAP.
Also, we have to start investing into new stuff, things have slowed down quite a bit and it'll not be a pretty picture once this starts to reflect on sales.
