How long can Laureate's shell game continue? They are loaded with debt. A large amount of their assets are intangibles (goodwill, trademarks). And they are undercapitalized in Chile, Turkey, China, and Honduras. I reported Laureate's deceptive "false claims" advertising (very similar to DeVry's) to the FTC, and they know that Walden and Liverpool are doing.
