Is Plenti going away by the end of the year?

When I trained on the new credit scheme (tired of it already and don't think our loyalty customers are going to enjoy it AT ALL), I specifically asked if Macy's partnership with Plenti will be canned, and I was told no. Plenti is a completely separate company, and guests will be able to use their Plenti points (which do not expire) at the same time they use their new Macy's Cash or whatever it's called, which does expire in 30 days from issuance.
