Will there be any impact on SPG in upcoming Layoffs ? Heard that revenue from SPG sales are constantly decreasing. Which teams in SPG are likely to take hit ??

OTT transition? Care to explain in more detail. Do you mean to say the OTT campus will be shuttered?
I can testify the morale challenge in SPG. From managers to SVP it is like a gigantic complicity structure. The OTT story is a little bit old. The talk started in Juniper a while back. Those who set Juniper to fail are now running the business in SPG because of their personal relation with the SVP and senior directors. There have been too many re-orgs and layoffs, all aiming at the senior folks and Americans. Many including some managers already know the OTT transition is going to fail simply because the so called next gen is severely flawed. Sales will have a hard time to sell them. Expect the revenue continues to shrink and more LR's.
It's surely the worst morale in the company, and simply a horrible place to work.
There is no future or career, and everybody is sort of in suspended animation expecting savage cuts although everybody is already expected to work like a slave. They are constantly asking for more outputs, but never to let anything drop.
And you're so right about the promotions. We've got about 3-4 management type people in our corner that popped back in from a competitor with a promotion or two.
@PfiupVa-2nsq, doubling down what? Doubling the number of VP, directors, and managers? Doubling the friends and families from your village? Doubling your empty promise? Doubling the number of product defects? We can only be sure that the revenue will not be doubled.
Guys, we are doubling down and will be investing more as we capture the next market transition to OTT. We are going to open source it all.

Take 5 days of PTO to fix it. It will be OK.
I have no higher knowledge, but there are a LOT of nervous people in SP. They largely escaped the last couple of times, and know that this time, they will be in the crosshairs. A reorg at the top (yes, another) is imminent and following that, it's clear that the blood will flow.
To be honest, I've never seen a BU with such poor morale, all it seems these guys do is sit around and talk about the screwed up org structures, reorganization and the looming massacre.
And the person constantly asking about SPVSS - you should be looking for another job. Their days are numbered, if you are that worried, you should be moving on.
