Dont trust any one and dont share knowledge to junior or colleagues. dont document complex things say that you solved using tech skill, dont be process oriented

Most importantly never trust your manager,

Be aware of your surrounding and keep an eye on spies and managers agents.

Stop browsing Internet at office even the research you do is being passed onto juniors.

Unfriend your colleagues from facebook.

No news on pay rise either. This company has already delayed this by a quarter! Think how much money has been saved and the big fat bonus given to management board because they fudged th figures to ms,e company look profitable in Q3!
