Exactly what the title says. I would imagine bonus info was already submitted by managers, but what are the odds i get screwed?

You're talking out of your arse mate.
If you have normal manager - then you're ok to resign now.
But if you have a sick control junkie who will take it personally, they can still terminate you on the spot under a bogus pretense and then Cisco won't pay you anything. What could be a bogus pretense? Pretty much anything - you may have not updated something on your laptop (so you're in breach of infosec policy), or you may have opened facebook, cnn or something else while on blizzard. If he or she wants to hurt you, they will always have a ways to do so, because that's how reality at Cisco is structured.
So I'd say - just wait two more weeks (you can probably resign on Monday of week when the payout happens).
NEVER, EVER assume your bonus is guaranteed until it hits your bank account.
Then and ONLY THEN, do you resign, move, etc.
Congratulations on your escape! Life will get better soon.
Web letters are not due to be released till 21st September so just relax. There is no conspiracy.
If you are employed at the end of the fiscal you are entitled to your year end bonus. That said a contributor to the final amount is your individual performance factor. If you manager really has it in for you then he / she could make that low to reduce you bonus. Its not likely though. Too much hassle if you are going anyway.
So yes, go ahead and resign. If in doubt just go on helpzone or call HR.
Web letters on 21st Sept but as pointed out managers have to commit allocations by 5th Sept.
I have not yet received the web-letter for bonus this year if bonuses are closed on 5th Sept. Wonder what is going on.
Nope. Take the offer and enjoy your bonus.
Bonus allocation closed on Sept 5.
