People earning peanuts are always looking for pay rises. You should get a better job that pays more.
Why is it so difficult for employees to have a raise while SLB executives have over a million $ raise a year?
More layoffs coming. Have to save enough money to give a small raise in December to employees who haven't had 1 in 4 years. Time it before PIP is paid out and Gallup poll taken. Trying to prop up numbers and hope people don't bail after the bonus check clears the bank.
I was there, they said that anyone one that wasn't there would be laid-off.
