Just wondering if the management/supervisors that attended the World Series with vendors will be reporting these gifts. I guess I would consider tickets worth thousands of dollars in private boxes at the stadium to be excessive. Especially since HAL was just awarded contracts with RBU and EF. EF management has always taken advantage of these 'opportunities'. If Ethics does not consider all-expenses paid trips to Vegas for EF managers to be excessive, I guess this would not be either.
What does it exactly take to be considered 'excessive'?
