The Lead refuses to work the exception report and management doesn't care.
Do you think there are so many items on the exception list because people are not putting in the last 4 digits of the item number?
Is there a lot on your e caption report?
Yes we do 991's in our store weekly but nobody works the exception report. You can imagine how many items are on the exception report.
