Someone from the outside has finally saw the top heavy company needs to reduce all the managers who were promoted in the last 3-5 years. Sad to see this company go through yet another round of layoffs, but this one is needed. You do not need so many managers while having your employees do the work of 2-3 people. TRIM THE FAT B&W!
