Pulling together all feeds it appears Sears laid off close to 1000 corporate associates. Now the average associate is picking up the slack of at minimum 3 associates. This is causing associates to leave and leaving current associates with the weight. Hr never planned so many people would be willing to leave their low paid corporate jobs on their own. Hr has been in complete crisis mode for the past several weeks.

I honestly dont think anyone at HE should complain about salaries. I think some are just used to the days when everyone had one specific function and that was it.
Guys this is the transformation it will happen everything is good. Don't panic

Good news is current associates should be safe until end of q4 when bismal earnings are realized in mid January when most returns are completed.
