for decades they boasted about onejefferson..they boasted about 2-3-5-10 year plans. they boasted about growth, buying up everyone..then when push came to shove saved their butt and let the little guy go into the flames. suddenly vision changed to health is all we do, well not for staff thats for sure. they could have let a suite or two go. they could have stopped hiring so many clerks, they could have done better! they could have done the right thing! but i guess as longer as those in power keep what they have, want, need, thats health to them! they could have honest, transparent, truthful. But they didnt. Crying and whinning about growth, from 3_13 hospitals, the whole time knowing what yhe end result would be. That the step-child of the whole PAUniversity and TJUH thing would cost jobs in the south philadelphua area and they just kept going. If South Philadelphia thinks for sa second that the big boys care about them, they are fools! The writing is in the wall, soon enough there will no longer be Methodist Hospital Division of TJUH. If there is anything it will be way down at the Navy Yard. Good luck getting there and back for everything! None if what they did had to be the way they did it. They know, staff know it, patients know it. But lets keep drinking the koolaide of sanctuary vities, liberal loons and have a hot dog! Cause tgat works so well for us blue collar, middle class! NOT!
