They should have a question like "Do you feel good about making the decision to leave SLB?".
And my answer would be: "Couldn't be better."
One more question "Wanna leave a message to your ex-colleagues?"

I would give some comments about it. I took it last year, and quit SLB this year. It just shows how little improvement they have made, and they need some metric to know if employess are engaged or not still

If Schlumberger wants answers to the questions posed in the survey then the board should ask themselves the reasons that they cannot get the answers from their myriad layers of highly paid managers without having to resort to spending $millions to an independent contractor.
My dear, gallup or any other publicity stunt does not make slb a profitable company or raise share price.
Almost all slb employee including me knows this is not confidential and so we response more positive than what actually situation is.
This practice like many other acquisition just s---s slb cash and ultimately employees and investors are paying for it.
This is just my own opinion.
