What the hell is the matter with all of you. Its a job people. Every 2 weeks we get a paycheck some of us get a decent size one and some get a smaller one. If your not happy with it theb go find a new job. If you are happy with your pay every 2 weeks then ride it until the company closes and work paycheck to paycheck if not just go find a new f---ing job its not that hard. I could care less what Eddie does to liquidate this company either way the only money any of us is going to lose it that paycheck every 2 weeks when he calls it quits and at that tine we will have no choice but to look for a new job. So either leave now or shut the f--- up

To op "just go find a job it's not that hard"? It's not that easy either especially when you are one year away from retirement. Been with the company for many many years and in an upper management position. Up until about a year ago loved my job and coming to work everyday, but this last year has been pure hell. Not a lot of jobs out there that want to hire older associates, of course they will never admit that. So I ride it out until the end

This poster has a point, even if it could have been written with a little more...finesse. If all the energy wasted here would have been spent toward finding better jobs most of you would be in a much better situation.
Why would anyone want to ride it out? Look for a job while you are still EMPLOYED. If you wait until you get laid off, your chance of landing a job decreases significantly. This is a hard fact: EMPLOYERS DISCRIMINATE AGAINST THE UNEMPLOYED.
Ask the ex-Sears people who were laid off back in June - some are still looking.

I might be first at losing but i get 2 paychecks a month $3,750 a check so im taking the route of working until they stop coming and then find something new. Now if i was like you probably making $800 a paycheck i would be out looking for something better instead of being a little b--ch whining all time on how bad you are treated

Actually it isn't that "easy" as you like to point out. Some people live in a smaller town where there isn't much of a viable job market and that the other job choices are just as bad or worse. So how about you shut the f--- up and let some folks rant a bit.
