Our company is a disgrace as another day and dozens up for redundacys here in Aberdeen.
Why do they not cut pay....... managers offshore guys and office staff on huge salarys day rates doing no work and the low paid guys in the yards working 7 days a week as so understaffed and more to go... pleace is a joke.
Aberdeen in bad shape because of poor management. GE must show leadership and get rid of these under performers dragging us down.
Pay offs in Aberdeen. Office , workshop and offshore with pay cuts to come.
Losing contracts all the time.
The place is a total mess with offices full of high paid managers and engineers and No one to actually do the work.
Never seen baker in such a bad place in 20 years.
