I am part of the XenMobile group and I am relatively new, I am super uneasy after the layoff and it seems that many of my colleagues are not focusing on work any more. There is low confidence in the future of the product and those who stay are actively looking for other jobs. What do you guys think? Will the strategy of focusing on cloud help to save the product? Or should I start looking elsewhere?

If you are relatively new (less than 4 years) you should be looking to move before the next round of layoffs (rumored to be in December - but just a rumor) as there is no value in the severance package for you given the tenure. It would be better to leave before a round of layoff as there will be less competition looking for the same job.
If you are an old-timer, wait for the layoff, take the severance and move on.
yep, its hard to focus on work when the company won't reinforce the mobile product message and I could be layoff any minute
Duly true
Welcome to the world of work. Always be looking. Companies will always come up with some red herring to minimize costs. Today it's the "cloud," tomorrow it'll be something else.
