Getting laid of from Sears has been the best thing that could happen. It was that extra push we needed out the door to better our lives. I was a decent paid employee for the job I was hired to do but when it came to the end I was underpaid doing 9 different jobs because we couldnt keep employees or customers until liquidation. Our store manager wasnt shhh but they allowed them to do so then our store went to STORE CLOSING we new that was coming because all of them will. The most disfunctional place to work but the few that were left made it somehow. We had each other to keep one another going. But whatever it was will be a memory of the good times with the few of us. Found a better job and you will too. I know days I would get on here and check to see if my store was on the list but I havent thought about this til now when I seen that sob lampert loan his self money. Keep your spirits high while dealing with the people who come in so rude while they tell you thats why sears is closing while going through liquidation while your losing your job. We still helped each other as much as we could keeping the environment positive. So as you count the days til this is over, remember theres light at the end of the tunnel.
