I'd say a lot, but who am I to judge, right?
Sales meltdown continues, if this was me I'd be fired.

Indra' go to play has always been to streamline the organization and cut costs . It's the lever she has pulled for years to show profit. Ever notice she showed profit even when sales continued to be down? Indra is a clown and should immediately be replaced. Sick of these so called leaders screwing up our company and then disrupting everyone's life as they lay folks off.
Agreed. CEO is always in bed with BoD. It’s just the way it is. Look at P a good old boys culture for decades - totally underperforming. All of a sudden Nelson Peltz challenges status quo, and they are on their knees owning up to the need to significantly improve shareholder value. Indra dodged that bullet some years ago - right, wrong or indifferent, you have to give her credit!
In corporate America it doesn't matter if the execs do right or wrong, good or bad, they always win and are never held accountable. Look at that clown woman they have at IBM as CEO. She is running IBM into the ground, 21 consecutive quarters of declining revenue and so her buddies on the BoD reward her with record compensation package...go figure.
