Want to cut cost, outsources executives to India. How many engineers could you hire on what the executives get paid? Executives bring no value to the company, all they do is rape the company so that they can get a bigger bonus. How is that working CB&I?

Sounds like I hit a nerve, calm down before you stoke!

Do you think engineers don't work hard? Then management sends work over to India and we get crap back. Executives and management are overhead. They create problems instead of fixing them and giving the company good direction.

The reason I am not in management is because I do not want to be and my IQ is to high for CB&I management :).

Outsource management to India? I agree, CB&I has its problems, but this has got to be the most asinine suggestion I've heard! Many of these managers have busted their asses - just like those lower, to get where they are. How about hire BETTER, MORE EFFICIENT managers? That would be a good start. But outsource to India!? This could be a good indication as to why YOU aren't management.
