A lot of posted jobs are 'phantom' positions, never to be filled - that makes us look good, like we are hiring, when in reality they lay people off all the time
Yes, Aetna posted a ton of jobs, they are interviewing people at a rapid rate. Its ridiculous. This is what they are best at. hire a ton of people, so that they can "fire" people and their excuse is, "we're just overstaffed now." Better be looking for a new job, when you see those new training classes.
