They stopped carrying long ago about how the associates really feel. This year it was only 16 questions. The results came back super fast. Nothing has changed or will change. The scores in our Market were really low. I just don’t see the point in continuing with something that’s not really cared about in the first place. Associates admit to not being completely honest in fear of retaliation. SMH

I've heard that they can't find out how each person scored them, but they can cut the data a bunch of different ways to pin point people.
Our area literally got the worst grass roots I've ever seen this year. I don't think people care anymore if it's anonymous or not. At this point it's like waiting to be executed with all the layoffs and I think people are sick of it. Just get it over with already.
The funny thing is a manager cat still get a promotion if he gets a low AES score. I true indication they don't mean anything
@odq, true! We were told by our leadership, who was threatening people at the time, the AES is to determine who the malcontents are, and also echoed it is not anonymous. This was a few weeks after a painful grassroots process of talking through integrity issues that came out as a result of low AES scores. We asked to be excused from having to complete a future AES since we can't be honest without fear of retaliation, but were told that was just as bad as giving a low score. This was in the People group.
Best thing to do is leave the company at that point. In our case, the lifer leadership who cause the problems aren't going anywhere. It's hopeless staying.
I never participated in them, either. And as I've said a million times, if you believe that AES is annomous, then I have some oceanfront property in Western OK I'd like to sell ya! I have witnessed several directors, VP's and associates from the People group admit that finding "squeaky wheels" is easy as pie. However, when asked how they find those squeeky wheels, they quickly change the subject.
Excellent point and why I don’t waste my time doing them.
