Why Schlumberger board of directors are keeping quiet and doing nothing to stop the destruction train which is Transformation.
Do they have no responsibility towards shareholders?

99% of the transformation is combining the separate slb sap, mi swaco oracle, smith oracle, and cameron sap. To run each independent is terribly expensive.
This company is owned by investors, including people like you and me. So stop blaming transformation, in my opinion the transformation is good way of doing business. I just wish they fire more people so makes investors and people like you and me happy with share price and higher dividend.
I just got my q3 dividend and I am preparing for Xmas party.
Call me an arrogant, I worked for slb for 20 years and I got laid off a year go, I took my retirement and severance in my own hand and made same money slb was paying me,,(almost, but it is just start).
So thank you slb for clarifying that I was an idiot thinking working for you forever is going to last and thank you for giving me the opportunity of embracing the layoff in a good way.
Having said that, Viva slb, Viva firing mafias and lazy asses.
Transformation is good. All industries practice it.
Is slb it used to remove people where not smart to kiss up.
Cause the transformation was approved by the same idiots.
