We all know there are many opportunities to reduce staff levels. The only hope for us that survive is that the reductions are done intelligently. With 1,000's of job postings open, college recruiting still active, all leadership programs still staffing, one must wonder if some of our leadership simply fails to understand the gravity of our situation and what needs done. I watch lots of presentations, read lots of posts, and usually what I hear is the standard $2/hare - $2b cost out stuff, and then how amazingly wonderful and great our GE Digital Business is performing.

John is planning to give away all of that digital BS to Microsoft or another company. Jeff should be ashamed of what he has done to this great company with his poor judgement
