Citrix is continuously doing layoff's. That might save them few bucks but they kept on loosing respect and the TALENT. from last 6 months I have never seen some one praising Techsupport of Netscaler Support outside Citrix. They say no one has any Experience in front line and they just bluff with you all the time. From a leader to the company who exists on bluffing the customers, Its very disheartening to see the downfall of such a great company. Keep on doing layoffs of your experienced ones , the talented ones and you will receive the same in return. when the entry level college grads gets some experience they will kick the company the same way as they kick out experienced ones because they know what will happen if you work hard and become experienced one in this Company. They will kick you out sooner or later.

VMWare/Huawei/F5 will be very happy now.
Citrix needs to focus on cutting costs to customers/clients, otherwise, they'll be dead/dying soon too... there's only so much meat to be recovered from a carcass... in a sweltering desert landscape...
