Tenet/Conifer has laid off positions from VPs to Team Leads. I was one of them and I was laid off because I was one of the highest paid leaders in my office. Probably more to come, Reduction in Force is what they call it.

Just wondering if Conifer notified the Texas Workforce Commission of their recent layoffs since their reasoning is "Reduction in force" TWC must be notified if a certain percentage of workers in a location/department etc are let go. I'm guessing they may have done this under the radar.
And not just in medical/healthcare... it's ALL INDUSTRIES...
Employer mandated healthcare contributions (based on percentages of "earner's" (employees) incomes are the factoring decisions for letting go more "valuable" employees... this is "fact..."
It's ALL a business, Wall St., politico decision making process... THE HECK WITH EVERYBODY ELSE (People/Peeps/Pleebs etc.)...
