Company has gone in the crapper. Never thought it would be the place that you're better off long term to be under employed and under paid. All functions appear mismanage but Finance as much as any other if not more so. It's incredible How much experience we have run off from that group. The Treasury group is a prime example, guys either left for better gigs or were let go because they made too much money. Company claims to aspire to be Best in Class but our actions prove otherwise. I know, the new Treasurer will turn it around by hiring new people that won't last more than a couple of years either due to the company being over sold to them during the interview process or disappointed with the management team.

Noble doesn't even vet in-house employees at the lower levels for new positions.there is one in particular that's already a joke around the office. Whoever recommended this person for a new position will be included in the joke as soon as known. Her previous manger is just relieved to be free of that problem. Grab some popcorn folks and watch the train wreck happen.
Noble 5th? OMG that is hilarious! I think it was a misprint and should have been 555th. Noble blows!
Load of crap ... Paid advertisement to be 5th
The employees have spoken, Noble is the 5th best company in the world to work for!
and I thought Tillerson was talking about DS .
COO Chrome Dome and CFO Cueball are around to make DS look good in comparison. Somebody should explain to DS and his lackeys that buy high, screw it up, and sell low is not a good business model.
Lol, best in class! Most of us haven't associated that term with Noble Energy in years.
