Some long-time sales people. No other details at the moment.

This used to be one of the "Places to Work" and people, mostly developers, stayed there and expected to retire there until they brought in The Grime Reaper from Oracle a few years back. He has hired the wrong managers to do his dirty work and run some really great people out and is running the company into the ground. How can they meet any of their release dates? The software is suffering and there is no morale any longer....run, don't walk out of there, your days are numbered. It starts at the top people, reorg the management!

management people is the big issue in Landmark, they are losing the best people, the knowledge and the experience are gone

Sales and Support are paying the price for our buggy, unstable software.

Nags and his ilk have ruined this once fine company and are blaming everyone but themselves.

When is HAL management going to pull their heads out of their a$$es and do something about this chronically underperforming PSL.

Most of the good employees have already been laid off or just got fed up and quit and all that are left is the incompetent a$$ kissing brown noses.

Mismanagement is endemic in the oil service sector not just HAL .

Landmark - the original Landmark Graphics - was never the problem. The problem is with whom it was handed over to, who are mismanaging it to this day.

Looks like the folks who got let go were mostly salary grade J and higher.

Landmark is not the problem. Too many employees in a downturn, especially non-essential employees who are in the sales.

More let go today - longtime support leaders among them.

Another PSL that Halliburton 'management' has run into the ground.

Does anyone else remember how Uncle Dave and crew raved about the future of Halliburton, after the purchase of Landmark?

One has to wonder how much bonus money Uncle Dave collected from this "strategic purchase".

Sounds like some additional "cleansing" is in process.
