CB&I is no longer an engineering company, they are a procurement and construction company. That is where they missed the mark.

Construction is not really a strong point. So i guess they are a procurement company. Like my wife and my credit card. Wonder if they'll hire my wife.

Probably a true statement as cbi has sold the processing end and shut down fab shop
Sold anything of value
When you are losing 500 million a quarter not long bankrupt
Is too
