Take this with a grain of salt, I am hearing it as a rumor from a mid level manager in IT - they typically know 'a bit' but they are often not aware about the bigger picture. Anyhow, the rumor is that another IT reorg may be in the works and may hit the ground floor in March 2018. I have no clue why would they need this much time but that is what I heard.
